This isn’t an experience audit, and we won’t ask you all the same old questions. We want to get to know your personality and understand your drive. Once we offer you a position at Aimpact (and after you’ve celebrated your new beginning!), training begins. We offer comprehensive onboarding to ensure that you are confident and set up for success in your role. We choose our management team for their positive and helpful attitudes, and they will be there to mentor you, guide you and encourage you every step of the way.
