- First, we need to meet you. When you apply to join Aimpact team, we’ll set up an in-person interview to make sure your goals and values align with our own. This isn’t an experience audit, and we won’t ask you all the same old questions. We want to get to know your personality and understand your drive. We look for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who like to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Once we offer you a position at Aimpact (and after you’ve celebrated your new beginning!), training begins. We offer comprehensive onboarding to ensure that you are confident and set up for success in your role. We choose our management team for their positive and helpful attitudes, and they will be there to mentor you, guide you and encourage you every step of the way.
- Now that you’ve launched you career with us, the opportunities are endless. You will be part of a team of supportive and bright individuals who are there to assist, advise and empower you. You will be provided with ongoing training, and if you have management aspirations, our leadership development program will allow you to fast track your growth and show off your initiative by shouldering responsibility and owning your career path.
